HLL Parivartan is the dedicated Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative of HLL Lifecare Limited, established to promote emotional wellness, preventive mental healthcare, and psychosocial support for individuals, institutions, and workplaces. Functioning as a Holistic Wellness Centre, it brings together a multidisciplinary team of experienced psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, counsellors, and social workers to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services. HLL Parivartan has successfully conducted several mental health awareness programmes across organizations, strengthening workplace resilience and promoting psychological wellbeing.
The centre offers a wide range of clinical and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and individuals facing workplace stress or addiction. Services include child and adolescent counselling, adult counselling, de-addiction counselling, pre- and post-marital counselling, family counselling, psychoeducation for parents and caregivers, and customized mental health awareness programmes.
HLL Parivartan also provides specialized psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, evidence-based psychotherapies, and therapeutic support for addiction recovery.
Comprehensive psychological assessments are available, including IQ testing, Specific Learning Disability (SLD) assessments, neuropsychological evaluations, personality assessments, and diagnostic assessments for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Psychiatric services include expert psychiatric consultation, medication management, and regular follow-up care to ensure effective treatment and long-term recovery. Beyond clinical care, HLL Parivartan designs and implements mental health projects, workplace trainings, awareness campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. Its community programmes focus on mental health promotion, addiction prevention, child and adolescent wellbeing, and family psychosocial support.
The initiative is led by an experienced team comprising Dr. V. Pavithran (Chief Consultant Psychologist), Dr. Poornima Pavithran (Consultant Clinical Psychologist), Dr. Goutham Prabhachandran (Consultant Psychiatrist), supported by qualified counsellors, social workers, and mental health professionals committed to delivering accessible, compassionate, and high-quality mental healthcare.
