HINDLABS, the diagnostic services brand of HLL Lifecare Limited's Healthcare Services Division (HCS), was established in 2008 with the mission of providing affordable, accessible, and quality healthcare services across India. Over the last 18 years, HINDLABS has evolved into one of the country's largest integrated diagnostic service providers, delivering healthcare solutions through public-private partnerships, government collaborations, and direct service operations.
Today, HINDLABS operates a network of 234 diagnostic facilities, including 10 NABL-accredited centres, across 15 states—Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.
The network comprises 169 medical laboratories, 64 imaging centres, and one polyclinic, delivering high-quality, accessible diagnostic services through a team of more than 1,185 skilled professionals. HINDLABS supports over 3,500 healthcare facilities across the country and, as of FY 2025–26, has served more than 105 million patients while performing over 581 million diagnostic tests.

HINDLABS offers a comprehensive range of services, including clinical laboratory testing in biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, pathology, immunology, molecular diagnostics, and genomics. Its imaging portfolio includes MRI, CT Scan, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, and other advanced radiology services. The organization also provides tele-radiology services, preventive health screening programmes, occupational health services, polyclinic operations, and specialized diagnostic centres.
HINDLABS has built strong partnerships with State Governments, National Health Mission (NHM), Central Government institutions, AIIMS, CGHS, Government Medical Colleges, and District Hospitals. Major projects include Maharashtra's National Free Diagnostic Services Scheme with 142 laboratories, Uttar Pradesh's Free CT Scan Programme, imaging and laboratory services across Kerala, Karnataka, West Bengal, and Haryana, and diagnostic centres at premier institutions such as AIIMS Nagpur, Gorakhpur, Bilaspur, Deoghar, Raipur, Guwahati, and Kalyani.
